We are currently looking for Trainees to join our team of associates in F&B Services. You will have the opportunity to learn from industry professionals, gain hands-on experience, and develop the skills necessary to excel in your chosen field.
Duration: 5-6 months
Responsibilities:
- You will work alongside our team, gaining hands-on experience in a variety of F&B outlets, including our restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and banqueting operations.
- Our Trainees are entrusted with supporting the operations and ensuring that all aspects of the guest experience are delivered according to Rosewood standards.
- The specific departments you will explore will be based on your personal interests, learning progress, and the evolving needs of our business.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled as a student in a hospitality or related program.
- The ability to work in a team and build relationships with others.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A positive and proactive attitude.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
