We are thrilled to be recruiting a Reception Manager to lead a talented team of two Rapport Ambassadors in the heart of Central London. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a vibrant front-of-house operation, delivering outstanding service and creating a welcoming experience for clients, customers, and guests alike.
Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, shift rota basis between 7 AM and 9 PM, with flexibility as per business needs)
Ideal start date: May 2025
Salary: £40,000 per annum

Main Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and guiding the Rapport Ambassadors to meet the expectations set by Rapport, clients, and partners.
- Ensuring the client and guest areas are impeccably managed, delivering exceptional service while monitoring team performance, addressing urgent issues, and handling complaints efficiently.
- Staying ahead of guests' needs by being observant and prepared to provide solutions swiftly.
- Actively seeking out new and creative approaches to enhance the services we provide.
- Fostering a collaborative environment within the team and participate in available cross-training opportunities to strengthen skills and teamwork.
The ideal candidate will:

- Ideally, have at least two years of team leadership and stakeholder management in a similar role.
- Have extensive knowledge of all HR procedures and protocol.
- Be a proven leader who is enthusiastic about continuous development of the team and the self.
- Possess a strong financial acumen and communication skills.
- Have a vibrant personality who can act with integrity, highly organised, with a can-do attitude and passion for delivering high standard service.
- Have great interpersonal skills and a natural ability to positively influence business decisions.
