Rolls-Royce Submarines is seeking a Project Planning Professional to join the Core Production Site Capability team, leading planning activities on a number of projects and collaborating with Rolls-Royce engineering teams and external customer stakeholders at all levels.
What You Will Be Doing
- Supporting the development and maintenance of control account schedules to support the delivery of Projects or Programmes across the site.
- Consolidating P6 planning data, providing management information, analysis and reporting to the management team as required.
- Developing and supporting the ongoing maintenance of internal and external deliverables to the Submarines business.
- Ensuring that best practice planning principles are used to create and maintain schedules to a high standard to ensure quality and credibility.
Position Qualifications
- Project Planning experience within an Integrated Project Team environment.
- Primavera P6 experience including resource management and analysis, activity coding, global changes, and baselining.
- Strong Project Management experience, with an understanding of the project lifecycle, resource and cost management, planning and programming.
- Strong Stakeholder Management experience capable of influencing and negotiating within a complex organisation.
