About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Major Events, the successful candidate will be the main day‑to‑day point of contact with Enterprise Rent‑a‑Car and will lead a team of three direct reports. The role focuses on managing communications, ticketing, and guest programmes for UEFA competitions, including the upcoming UEFA Finals from 2026 onwards.

Responsibilities

  • Season Ticketing
    • Manage a team of Account Managers and Account Executives.
    • Oversee the distribution of ticketing assets across projects.
    • Supervise the execution of global communications to client markets, providing final review and approval.
    • Serve as a point of escalation for the team to the client as required.
    • Lead financial reconciliation across both clients.
  • UEFA Finals Guest Programmes
    • Plan and oversee onsite delivery of guest programmes for the UEFA Europa League Final and UEFA Conference League Final.
    • Act as the senior contact between client(s), client agencies, venue stakeholders, and the appointed destination management company (DMC).
    • Coordinate closely with project workstream leads to ensure smooth delivery of the overall guest experience.
    • Support the team throughout the project and ensure all agreed deadlines, submissions, and artwork approvals are met.
    • Create and manage key project documents, including project plans, security plans, stadium operations plans, event schedules, hour‑by‑hour onsite documents, and budgets.
    • Maintain full ownership of the guest programme(s) budget, with regular client reporting and oversight of supplier payments.
    • Collaborate with Market Communications & Finance teams to accurately track and bill packages and additional costs to markets.
    • Plan and attend venue visits and client meetings as necessary.
    • Prepare client presentations and documentation as required.
    • Develop staff briefing documents and event manuals.
    • Coordinate onsite staff logistics requirements such as accommodation, flights, and per diems.
    • Provide onsite presence for approximately 11 days to oversee delivery of the guest programme(s).
    • Offer onsite support and guidance to the team throughout all programme stages.
    • Manage client interactions, including attendance at daily client meetings.
    • Act as point of escalation for the Fuse team, client(s), client agencies, and health & safety teams.
    • Produce post‑event client reporting to inform future programmes.
    • Contribute to internal process reviews and recommend improvements for future Finals.
    • Ensure full ownership of budget reconciliation (cost & income).

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience in major sporting events, specifically managing partnerships, ticketing, hospitality, and guest programmes.
  • Project/Account management experience across a range of sport brands.
  • Experience with online ticketing portals and guest management systems.
  • Strong or advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Comfortable managing financial processes with strong numeracy and analytical skills.
  • Strong reporting capability.
  • Experience managing mid‑to‑senior level clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience working with international clients is a bonus.
  • Experience in people management and ability to motivate and lead project teams.

Work Conditions

  • Full‑time role based primarily in London, with occasional UK travel.
  • On‑site presence required at events, including some weekend work.
  • Flexibility to work from the office or remotely aligns with the company’s hybrid model.
  • Eligible to work in the UK is required.
