Position Summary: The role sits within Global Markets Agreements and Documentation and is responsible for managing the drafting, negotiation and execution of Prime Brokerage trading documentation on behalf of Bank of America entities. The position supports Prime Brokerage clients globally, enabling efficient client onboarding, driving business growth and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage drafting and negotiation of Prime Brokerage (PB) trading agreements, including Prime Brokerage Agreements, Master Securities Lending Agreements, ISDA Master Agreements and related documentation, on behalf of various Bank of America entities.
  • Work closely with Sales and the Onboarding team to maximize the efficiency of the documentation onboarding of clients to the PB platform.
  • Act as Relationship Manager for the suite of prime brokerage agreements for a portfolio of high priority clients, serving as the primary point of contact and coordinating the agreement negotiation process across products.
  • Liaise with internal partners and traders to accurately reflect the necessary credit and business terms in the transactional suite while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and bank guidelines and policies.
  • Update trading agreement and other systems of record.
  • Work on regulatory and other special projects as and when required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while being part of a cohesive team.
  • Highly self‑motivated with the ability to prioritize and drive execution.
  • Ability to exercise excellent judgment within defined parameters.
  • Significant experience with hedge fund structures and the PB industry.
  • Law degree preferred.
