Responsibilities
- Build and maintain close trusted partnerships across the People team to enable collaboration, delivery and success on all People projects.
- Project manage some of the biggest and most impactful people projects directly to ensure they are delivered successfully.
- Provide project management support and advice across the entire people projects portfolio where needed.
- Partner with a member of the People Leadership team to help them oversee and manage all the projects being led by their function.
- Partner across the people function to increase the project management capability of the People team through delivering and developing training, implementing project management toolkits and helping to lead a project management community of practice.
- Drive, embed and continuously improve the project and programme management processes and governance structures that are in place to improve project delivery within the function, including tracking and monitoring processes, project initiation processes, and project board meetings.
- Help the people team and Leads to identify and recommend areas where they should be focusing next in addition to helping prioritise projects.
- Support project change management and communications from planning through to execution to ensure alignment across project change and communication activities.
About You
- You are passionate about good project management – you’ll be strongly solutions focused, able to identify problems and drive initiatives that have measurable impact.
- You will be able to tailor the project environments you create to the setting you are in.
- You will have demonstrable project management experience, and ideally a recognised project management qualification.
- You have a solid grounding in change management and communication – you’re great at guiding the business through change and amazing at communicating effectively and thoughtfully varying your style based on the circumstance.
- You are data driven – you’ll base decisions on metrics and have clear KPIs for all your plans.
- You have a collaborative mindset – you are excellent at working across functions, bringing structure and clarity to ambiguity and able to bring people together to achieve a common goal.
- You’re adaptable – you have robust knowledge of project management principles with the ability to adapt and apply them in a way that suits the environment.
- You have the experience and confidence to be able to adapt your approach and apply practices that will be effective in context.
- You think ‘globally’ – you’re experienced supporting leaders and employees split across geographies and timezones.
- Creative problem solver – we are not a ‘one size fits all’ kind of business and we’re not looking for ‘off the shelf’ solutions; we need you to think creatively and be flexible in your outlook.
- You have experience of, or interest in, working in the ‘People’ space – you have managed People projects before, or you have a strong interest in doing so.

- You might have used Monday.com for project/programme/portfolio planning before.
- You might have had experience of working in projects with the Global Reward function of a People team.
- You might have had a change management qualification in addition to your project/programme/portfolio management qualifications.
- You might have worked in a high growth, product or service led (ideally tech) company.
