This job is with FundApps, an inclusive employer and a member of myGwork – the largest global platform for the LGBTQ+ business community. Please do not contact the recruiter directly.
At FundApps, we\'re on a mission to make compliance simple for some of the world’s top financial institutions — and partnerships are a vital part of that mission.
We\'re looking for a Partnerships Manager to join our team in New York, focused on strengthening and scaling our partner ecosystem across North America. You’ll work closely with leading technology providers, data vendors and consulting firms — ensuring they are fully enabled, engaged and contributing to our commercial success.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you’ll be central to expanding our reach and influence in the RegTech landscape. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, Marketing and Product to ensure our partners are delivering value — both for us and our clients.
Success is measured by the strength and impact of our partner ecosystem — specifically, the ability to generate partner-sourced or influenced pipeline, launch effective joint go-to-market initiatives, and enable partners to actively contribute to our commercial goals. Collaboration with internal teams and long-term strategic value from partnerships are also key indicators of success.
If you’re commercially savvy, highly relationship-driven and excited about growing a best-in-class partner function in a B Corp with global reach, this one’s for you.
What You\'ll Be Working On

  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic partners across North America — from global data providers to investment companies
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies that drive client acquisition and support revenue growth
  • Enable partner sales and account teams by delivering training, resources, and ongoing support
  • Coordinate with FundApps’ internal sales, marketing, and product teams to maximise partnership performance
  • Identify and develop new partnership opportunities aligned with FundApps’ growth strategy
  • Build close working relationships with Marketing and Product to align campaigns, feedback loops, and roadmaps
  • Track and report on partner performance, including their impact on pipeline and sales success
  • Represent FundApps at partner events and relevant industry conferences
What You\'ll Bring To The Team
  • 5+ years experience in strategic partnerships, business development or senior sales roles — in SaaS, RegTech or FinTech
  • Demonstrated success building and managing revenue-focused partnerships that lead to pipeline and ARR growth
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — you’re comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and making complex things simple
  • Commercially focused - you see partnerships as the lever for growth and think in terms of pipeline, revenue and strategic opportunity
  • Organised, proactive and accountable — you know how to drive things forward, lead the charge and make things happen across teams
Bonus Points
  • Experience with technology and data vendors, RegTech integrations
  • Familiarity with the needs and workflows of buy- and sell-side institutions
  • Prior sales or account management experience — especially in a quota-carrying capacity
