Overview

We are looking for an inquisitive and proactive SEO practitioner to join our newly developed SEO team. Reporting into our SEO Business Director, you will be the main day-to-day contact for your clients, and be responsible for delivering SEO strategies and being their trusted partner. You will work with your Business Director to devise those strategies and approaches, looking for new opportunities to drive performance and efficiencies. This role is perfect for a self-starter SEO all-rounder who has hands-on experience and is now ready to take on more responsibility, and play a role in developing a new team within our agency.

OMG UK helps four UK agencies – OMD UK, MG OMD, PHD UK and Hearts & Science – deliver marketing and communications solutions. The group accepts open access to OMG’s centers of excellence which provide capabilities across Digital Marketing, Creative Solutions, Investment and Futures. We value flexibility and a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two remote). Our standard hours are 9:30–17:30 with core hours 10:30–16:30 to provide flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main day-to-day contact for clients and deliver SEO strategies.
• Collaborate with the SEO Business Director to devise strategies and identify opportunities to drive performance and efficiencies.
• Support the development of a new SEO team within the agency and contribute to shaping processes and best practices.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SEO experience with a track record of delivering results.
• Self-starter who is proactive and able to take on increasing responsibilities.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to partner with clients and internal teams.
