Location: London or Newbury + Hybrid

Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

Hybrid Working: Hybrid working approach allows you to work both in the office and at home. We ask people to come into the office 2‑3 days each week, for at least 8 days per month, working with your line manager to understand expectations for you, your role and your team.

What You’ll Do:

  • You will be the go‑to person for network monetisation marketing, owning how campaigns show up in the market and ensuring they genuinely drive awareness, consideration and commercial impact.
  • You will shape messaging, build assets and activate campaigns that help the portfolio perform, set and manage the marketing plan and budget, and keep a close eye on the market and competitors.
  • Run tactical marketing campaigns that build awareness and consideration across your portfolio, bringing in new customers while encouraging existing ones to buy more.
  • Turn consumer network campaigns into a stronger reason for businesses to choose us, across SMEs, Large Business, Public Sector and indirect channels, showcasing network improvements through Ofcom commitments.
  • Activate collaboration opportunities with third parties, using Vodafone’s partnerships to extend reach and stretch marketing budgets further.
  • Create and activate compelling content, including customer case studies that deliver real commercial impact for your portfolio and support network‑led events.
  • Work closely with digital teams to ensure vodafone.co.uk is a high‑performing hub for your products, with a simple, seamless customer journey.
  • Own all marketing reporting, including clearly demonstrating ROI from marketing investment.

  • Confident, clear communicator who can influence naturally and stay effective in a fast‑moving, ever‑changing environment.
  • Highly organised, able to juggle multiple projects at once without dropping the ball.
  • Comfortable breaking down complex ideas and explaining them in a simple, customer‑friendly way.
  • Strong experience across the full marketing mix, with a solid understanding of brand, customer targeting and insight‑led decision‑making.
  • Used to working in a matrix organisation, managing a range of stakeholders and collaborating closely with external agencies.
