This job is with Rapport Guest Services, an inclusive employer and a member of myGwork – the largest global platform for the LGBTQ+ business community. The client is one of the Big Four Accountancy firms in the world. The Workforce Ambassador, known as Floor Assistant, joins a 43‑person team and works closely as the first point of contact with the client.

Type of Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, shift rota basis between 7 AM and 5 PM, with flexibility as per business needs)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Taking care of the internal working staff needs
  • Monitoring, managing, and supporting space utilisation within the London Campus
  • Managing supplier relationships, including logging, chasing, and following through with calls
  • Building relationships with the Client and being the first point of contact
  • Providing business support and assistance with analytics
  • Maintaining all internal vending provisions
