The Senior Creative leads brand‑led campaigns that emotionally connect with audiences, support the entertainment portfolio, and contribute to long‑term reputation building. Responsibilities
- Translate marketing briefs into creative responses that move the needle for UKTV channels and the streamer U.
- Develop insight‑driven concepts that speak to audiences’ motivations and passions.
- Read audience data and social listening to inform your thinking and creative responses.
- Collaborate during internal brainstorms to flesh out tone, look, and feel (including talent).
- Lead creative development across channel campaigns, brand storytelling, and multi‑format ideas, presenting concepts to senior Marcomms members.
- Create 360 campaigns across AV, OOH, social, partnerships and experiential media, ensuring all assets align with the big idea.
- Direct shoots, write compelling scripts, and guide post‑production and edit.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and agency partners to bring brand consistency and originality to every campaign.
- Explain editorial decisions to stakeholders.
- Challenge and interpret briefs to uncover creative opportunities that align with brand and performance goals.
- Guide and support junior creatives, contributing to a high‑performing and creatively ambitious culture.
- Apply creative effectiveness and audience insight at every stage of development.

Key Requirements
Experience
- Significant senior creative experience in TV, media, or entertainment.
- A track record of standout AV, social, and OOH work that delivers impact and builds brands.
- Experience directing talent and managing creative through all production stages.
- Comfortable working within a variety of campaign budgets with speed and efficiency.
Knowledge
- Deep understanding of TV, social, and entertainment industry and audience behaviour.
- Familiarity with principles of brand‑building, creative effectiveness, and campaign measurement.
- Strong grasp of storytelling, tone, and emotional resonance of an idea.
