About the Role
As Planning Director, you’ll work closely with the Group Planning Director to lead the global planning product for Dyson. You’ll shape and deploy a consistent strategic framework across categories, support campaign and NPD planning, and champion best‑in‑class use of our Omni planning toolset. You’ll orchestrate global‑to‑local campaign planning, ensuring strategic integrity while enabling local relevance. This includes setting up global campaigns, guiding local market teams, and supporting adoption of global strategy. You’ll partner with analytics, insights, and category teams on budget allocation, channel strategy, post‑campaign analysis, and competitive intelligence. Operating with a high level of autonomy, you’ll lead projects end‑to‑end—interpreting briefs, directing cross‑disciplinary teams, and ensuring planning outputs are clear, insightful, and effective. You’ll also play an active role in the PHD EMEA Strategy & Planning community, mentoring junior talent and contributing to the evolution of planning best practice.
About You
You have experience in media planning, with strong integrated and digital expertise. You are confident translating complex strategy into actionable plans, enjoy collaborating across markets, and are motivated by developing both people and planning craft.

We encourage open conversations and aim to support our people’s career and life balance.
