About The Role
You will design and improve email marketing campaigns within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. You will use features like Journey Builder, audience segmentation, and automation to deliver personalised customer experiences, analyse campaign performance, and achieve our goals through targeted email communications. You will report to the Senior Manager- Marketing Operations and use a hybrid work pattern.
You Will
- Develop and implement email marketing campaigns across different segments using Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools, including creating email templates, designing content, and setting up automated workflows.
- Manage full QA to ensure all links work, campaign landing pages are correct, correct rendering on main browsers and mobile devices.
- Use customer data to segment audiences and tailor email content for maximum relevance and engagement.
- Design complex customer journeys within Journey Builder to deliver personalised email sequences based on customer interactions and behaviour.
- Monitor important email marketing metrics to create insights and inform future campaign strategies.
- Work with Experience Delivery, sales, and other partners to align email marketing campaigns with our goals.
- Conduct A/B testing on email subject lines, content, and design elements to identify the most effective variations and improve campaign performance.
- Manage subscriber lists, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
Qualifications
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications: Salesforce Email Specialist, Salesforce Admin.
- 2+ years experience in email marketing operations.
