About the Role

Reporting into an Influencer Executive Director, as an Influencer Manager you will be responsible for driving influencer marketing strategy and execution across key UK client projects, treating influencer activity as a core media channel within the broader communications mix. You will offer strategic counsel, creative direction, and platform expertise to deliver culturally relevant, performance‑led influencer projects. You will operate autonomously and with others to deliver the highest creative and operational standards, bridging brand storytelling with creator collaboration and ensuring influencer work complements adjacent channels such as podcasts, social partnerships, and paid media.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and run influencer strategy and execution across local market projects, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives, audience insights, and wider media plans.
  • Act as a strategic partner to clients, advising on creator selection, platform fit, paid amplification, and performance metrics.
  • Create clear, insight‑led campaign pitch and strategy decks that articulate influencer ideas, creative direction, and media integration.
  • Collaborate with paid social and creative teams to deliver cohesive, cross‑channel campaigns.
  • Manage project delivery to a high operational standard – owning day‑to‑day delivery or overseeing junior team members where appropriate.
  • Drive campaign measurement, ensuring activity is evaluated for both creative impact and forecasted media performance.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities – whether proactively building influencer‑led ideas, expanding existing briefs, or contributing to response to briefs.
  • Stay at the forefront of creator economy and platform trends, ensuring recommendations reflect current best practice and innovation.
  • Support post‑campaign reporting, translating performance into actionable insights and future planning recommendations.

About You

  • Proven track record delivering cross‑platform influencer campaigns that integrate within broader media plans, including paid amplification.
  • Well‑versed in working with creators of different sizes and an understanding of the metrics of success for influencer identification and reporting (both in‑campaign and at end of campaign).
  • Proficient in working on one‑off and long‑term campaigns with new and repeat talent for clients.
  • Competent with influencer related tech (Sprout/Later etc).
  • Experienced and confident in speaking with talent, talent agencies, and third parties about creators, briefs, negotiation and generating solutions to any issues.
  • Familiarity and strong interest in the creator marketing industry in general, including being aware of trends, new innovations in the space (from talent and agencies), how creators are diversifying their content and how social media platforms are working with creators.
  • Team player who is collaborative, and happy to be leaning into the delivery of campaigns, from contacting influencers and negotiating rates to ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Strong project management capability – able to deliver to high standards independently or through others.
