You will lead the strategic relationship with a major global advertising holding company while managing a small team of Agency Development Managers. You will own C‑suite partnerships, drive revenue growth through global frameworks and rate‑card negotiations, and establish multi‑year transformation roadmaps. You will partner cross‑functionally with AdTech, Product, and Partner Education teams to align on holding company needs. Coordinate with Country Heads of Agency to ensure global‑local alignment on Joint Business Plans across 20+ locales. You will create conditions for success through clear frameworks and best practices while enabling 100+ Country ADM teams. You will lead, mentor, and develop direct reports to execute holding company strategy and deliver partnership excellence.

Key Job Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Agency Development Managers through coaching, mentorship, and performance management to build high‑performing teams
- Develop and execute customer‑led growth strategies with key Holding Companies and their Operating Companies to drive revenue and partnership expansion
- Design and deliver agency‑wide education programs and events to enable key agency functions and drive product adoption
- Identify opportunities for strategic collaboration on creative solutions, large‑scale custom executions, and innovative partnership models
- Partner with Amazon Ads ADM teams to align agency partnerships with Amazon Ads' product development roadmap and identify transformative opportunities
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Account Management, Account Executives, AdTech, and Global Agency teams to ensure seamless partnership execution
- Lead video strategy conversations to educate agencies and expand Amazon's video advertising footprint across agency portfolios
- Demonstrate deep fluency in programmatic advertising ecosystems including DSPs (Amazon DSP, Google DV360, The Trade Desk), clean‑room technologies (AMC), and AdTech integrations to drive technical partnership conversations and strategic adoption

We serve as strategic enablers—developing partnership frameworks, deploying scorecards, facilitating knowledge sharing, and coordinating with Product and AdTech teams to align holding company priorities with Amazon Ads innovation. Our team of Global Agency Development Managers partners closely across functions to ensure Country ADMs have the tools and best practices needed to execute locally with excellence.
