Salary: £39,011 per annum with performance‑related salary uplifts of up to £2,000 within the first year and further raises as specialist skills are acquired.
Additional Benefits: up to 10% annual bonus (paid quarterly), up to ÂŁ2,000 referral reward.
Work Schedule: Monday‑Friday 9–5pm, hybrid working (3 days at your local assessment centre or more if you prefer).

Responsibilities
- Carry out functional assessments with claimants face‑to‑face, via video & telephone, to assess their ability to undertake activities of daily living.
- Ask focused questions and use active listening and critical reasoning skills to gather accurate information during the assessment process.
- Produce high‑quality, structured clinical reports on all claimants for submission to the DWP.
- Review evidence, request and evaluate additional evidence when required and clinically triage cases to determine the correct assessment pathway.
- Work alongside highly experienced clinical colleagues to ensure high‑quality and fair assessments for all claimants.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Registrar status: NMC‑registered Adult Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD) or HCPC‑registered Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or Paramedic.
- Minimum 12 months post‑qualification & registration experience; currently practising as a clinician in the UK.
- Excellent communication and critical‑thinking skills, accurate typing ability, and confidence using computers.
