The Peninsula London is delighted to announce that we are seeking an F&B Supervisor to work within our Peninsula Boutique & Café, responsible for supervising the team in relation to all activities, which include preparation tasks, training and stock management as per our standards. This role reports to the Assistant Boutique & Cafe Manager.

The Peninsula Boutique & Café is a signature offering from the company, for fast paced food on the go without compromising on luxury and quality. This experienced position will have the knowledge and passion for coffee-based drinks, and will be instrumental in the service delivery required. Offering high levels of service whilst overseeing a team, this role will ensure that their contribution translates into a special experience.

Key Accountabilities
  • Constantly innovate the hot beverage and retail offering to ensure a market leading series of products.
  • Ensure all colleagues actively follow the HACCP standards and maintain the condition of all equipment and facilities of The Peninsula Boutique & Cafe.
  • Ensure that the team receives an in-depth induction program in line with defined guidelines and maintains a high level of understanding and awareness of the Peninsula Principles.
  • Establish and maintain positive guest and colleague interactions with productive working relationships.
General Requirements
  • Proven track record of a similar position within a Luxury Food Retail environment.
  • 2 years or more working within a high volume and fast-paced coffee environment are essential.
  • Experience in overseeing and training a team preferred.
  • Relevant training by a coffee-based business.
  • Focused, friendly and positive with a flexible approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
