This job is with JCDecaux, an inclusive employer and a member of myGwork – the largest global platform for the LGBTQ+ business community. The Junior Project Manager is responsible for delivering projects across key specialist partners and providing support across the Creative Solutions team by handling requests, marketing material and communication.
You will be proactive, hard-working, and hands-on, delivering fantastic creative campaigns which deliver fame, impact and talkability.
What You'll Be Doing...
- Report all business in hand, providing status updates to all relevant team and management stakeholders.
- Ensure all Creative Solutions revenue is recorded on Business Objects via Sage and that all in-house production campaigns carry the correct profit margin / mark up.
- Liaise with multiple internal teams, from brief response to campaign execution.
- Co-ordinating on a pro-active and re-active basis, to carry out venue site surveys with the assistance of the Development and Operations teams for current and new opportunities.
- Attending site meetings with clients alongside Senior Project Manager/Creative Solutions Director to discuss our venues and display options, and inform them of the various logistical processes/restrictions.
- Handle multiple small projects simultaneously, ensuring Process Documents, Project Schedules Statement of Works, Invoices, Purchase Orders are maintained.
- Brief suppliers, request quotations and present back to client's accurate proposals on-brief and within requested timescales.
- Creating case studies, factsheets and other presentations when requested.
- Ensure all team online resources are kept up to date such as: Photography, Campaign Information, campaign results, Project Schedules, and ensure all documentation is stored on the shared drives as required.
A Little Bit About You...
- The candidate should be a good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer focused skills and the ability to handle challenging conversations.
- Ability to multitask, as the applicant will need to manage many enquiries simultaneously and manage a workload with minimal supervision.
- Well-presented and confident in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Office administration experience - preferably within OOH or another media environment.
- Fully conversant with all aspects of Microsoft Office e.g. Excel & PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of online administration tools (such as Smartsheet, Google Drive etc.) essential.
- Experience of using google maps, basic databases.
- PRINCE 2 - Foundation and/or Practitioner preferred, not desired.
- Knowledge or Sage, Business Objects or other CRM systems an advantage.
- Basic understanding of operational processes and basic health and safety documentation (RAMS etc.)
