We are looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join our Rapport team, based in London. In this role, you will manage front-of-house operations on the ground floor, welcome and assist visitors, coordinate check-ins, handle administrative tasks, and maintain a warm and professional lobby environment.
Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM, with flexibility as per business needs)
Salary: Β£32,883 per annum
Ideal start date: 1st of February 2026

Main Responsibilities
- Offer a warm, professional welcome to every guest, ensuring they feel recognised and valued from the moment they arrive. All interactions should consistently uphold the brand's standards and values.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the building's facilities and services so you can confidently guide, inform, and assist guests with any questions or wayfinding needs.
- Ensure all guest and attendee information is accurately pre-registered in the system.
- Proactively follow up on any bookings that lack names or essential details to guarantee a smooth arrival experience.
- Respond to all enquiries and service requests promptly, courteously, and efficiently, whether in person, by phone, or via email, providing clear and professional communication at all times.
- Provide operational support across multiple buildings when required, adapting to changing demands and delivering a consistent level of service and professionalism at each location.
The ideal candidate will

- Display excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Have passion to deliver excellent guest service in everything that they do.
- Preferably have previous experience in front-of-house within a luxury hotel, premium airlines, or a corporate business environment.
