Overview

Kennedys is seeking a highly organised Claims Administrator to provide essential administrative support to our claims team. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail who enjoys working in a fast-paced, professional environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of claims operations by maintaining accurate data and supporting the wider team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Claims Handlers and the wider team
  • Set up new claims files and ensure all documentation is accurately recorded
  • Update internal systems with claim progress and key information
  • Manage correspondence, including emails and document handling
  • Schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups as required
  • Assist with reporting and data management tasks
