Role Overview
Associate Director (12‑month maternity cover starting July/August). Lead integrated PR and brand activation programmes for travel & tourism clients, build client relationships, manage budgets, and deliver campaign results.
Responsibilities
- Day‑to‑day lead for portfolio of travel & tourism clients.
- Craft brand communications for leisure and business travellers.
- Position clients as must‑know brands.
- Build and deepen client relationships through strategic counsel.
- Orchestrate multi‑market campaigns across media, influencer, social media, and experiential events.
- Coordinate delivery across international markets and segments.
- Drive new business and growth through networking.
- Own client budgets and project delivery.
- Contribute to thought leadership and represent the agency at industry events.
Qualifications
- Brand communicator with strong travel, tourism or airline/aviation experience.
- Story‑builder with ability to establish client trust and create awareness.
- Leader of integrated teams and multi‑channel programmes.
- Observer of traveller behaviour and market trends.
- Capable of balancing brand and corporate roles, offering executive and crisis support.
- Champion of inclusion, feedback and professional development.
- Right to work in the UK and able to work in Bankside office at least 3 days per week.
- Willingness to travel for work.
