What You Will Be Doing
- You will spend part of your time on the road, acting as the main point of contact for our customers across Milton Keynes, Luton, Aylesbury and High Wycombe.
- Your work will involve identifying challenges and delivering top‑class solutions to grow our portfolio.
- Identify and target revenue potential within your portfolio.
- Produce robust business plans that exceed sales and profit targets.
- Build a detailed understanding of customers, markets, and competitors.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Build coalitions across the business to support the delivery of sales targets, including collaboration with internal account managers.
What Existing Skills and Experience Will You Need
- Experience in a field‑based sales role with account management responsibilities, including working to KPIs and targets.
- Open‑mindedness and willingness to embrace change.
- A solution‑led approach to work.
- Proven ability in strategic thinking and planning.
- Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM or other B2B systems is a bonus.
- A valid driving licence is essential.
