Position Overview

As part of the Corporate Bank, the Risk Management Solutions (RMS) Sponsor Foreign Exchange (FX) team provides Client Coverage and Sales Expertise to service the FX needs of a broad range of sponsors comprising private equity, private credit, real estate and infrastructure funds. The desk is focused on originating opportunities within both the event-driven and fund-level FX space leveraging DB’s strong FX brand name to distribute FX business whilst servicing existing clients.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • You will work with all relevant stakeholders (trading, structuring, coverage, lending) to originate risk management solutions to support our clients’ strategic activities.
  • Your focus will be to support the sponsor FX team on day-to-day tasks overseeing all aspects of the trade process including documentation, regulation, pricing and execution.
  • You will build client relationships through continuous, idea-driven coverage and customised updates on market developments.

  • You will have a strong quantitative and technical background with the ability to multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills that allow for comfort in client-facing situations.
  • Problem solving skills and a highly motivated, self-starter attitude.
  • A strong work ethic and a culture of collaboration.
  • Experience in Corporate FX Sales would be additionally helpful.
