What You Will Be Doing

  • You will spend part of your time on the road, acting as the main point of contact for our customers across Milton Keynes, Luton, Aylesbury and High Wycombe.
  • Your work will involve identifying challenges and delivering top‑class solutions to grow our portfolio.
  • Identify and target revenue potential within your portfolio.
  • Produce robust business plans that exceed sales and profit targets.
  • Build a detailed understanding of customers, markets, and competitors.
  • Maintain accurate customer records.
  • Build coalitions across the business to support the delivery of sales targets, including collaboration with internal account managers.

What Existing Skills and Experience Will You Need

  • Experience in a field‑based sales role with account management responsibilities, including working to KPIs and targets.
  • Open‑mindedness and willingness to embrace change.
  • A solution‑led approach to work.
  • Proven ability in strategic thinking and planning.
  • Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
