Your Role

Maintain the highest standard of account onboarding and client change management for Invesco's clients.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, custodians, transition managers and internal partners to coordinate onboarding of new institutional clients in EMEA and global mandates.
  • Coordinate client change management events such as custodian/KVG transitions for EMEA and global mandates.
  • Manage the closure of institutional accounts within EMEA and global mandates.
  • Perform department-wide administrative tasks (e.g., participating in daily rota, managing the broker mailbox, maintaining schedules, writing weekly stakeholder meeting minutes).
  • Identify and recommend or implement improvements in the above processes.
What You Will Bring
  • Proven experience in the asset management industry.
  • Experience in transitions, onboarding or operations is desirable.
  • A relevant industry examination (e.g., IAQ and IMC).
  • Ability to solve complex problems and apply existing solutions creatively.
  • Use skills and firm policies to solve challenging problems effectively.
  • Impact various business, client, operational, project or research activities within own and related teams.
  • Proven interpersonal skills for liaising with internal departments.
  • Proactive attitude towards change and new processes.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Understanding of asset‐management industry, trade life cycle, all investment functions (legal, compliance, investment, risk), operations (trade processing, corporate actions, reconciliations), custodians and fund accountants.
