Position: Performance Coach
Salary: £33,000 per annum
Location: Harrow
Responsibilities
- Liaise with the Management Team to understand concerns/issues and to plan performance improvement needs
- Act as a mentor to support best practice interventions to promote desired outcomes
- Conduct performance observations to establish coaching interventions
- Coaching, motivating, and assisting frontline staff in a safe, compliant, and ethical manner to achieve goals and performance targets
- Re-evaluating and consolidating coaching techniques and interventions to ensure effective and positive outcomes
- Maintaining active communication with all internal stakeholders to ensure required outcomes are being met
Qualifications
- Experience of delivering coaching/mentoring sessions within a varied capacity (individual/small/large groups and face to face, telephone, remotely etc.)
- Proven experience of delivering effective coaching/mentoring sessions
- Previous experience of excellent achievements within a highly targeted role
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to speak confidently and pitch at the right level
- Excellent presentation skills in both small and large group settings
