Full Time – 37.5 hrs/week; Monday – Friday 9:00 – 17:00; Salary: £28,000 – £34,000 per annum. Based at the Sarah Cannon Research Institute (SCRI), the Clinical Data Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all data deliverables meet Sponsor timelines, coordinating with the wider SCRI UK team, and facilitating data entry and query resolution.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of the end of month data status report.
- Prepare for study activation by ensuring the department is ready for the first patient.
- Perform regular checks of source documentation and data entered into EDC systems.
- Provide support to SCRI UK finance regarding Sponsor queries that require data clarification.
- Ensure all Sponsor data deliverables are met.
- Facilitate monitoring visits by establishing and building positive relationships with CRAs.
- Send required clinical data to vendors when specified by Sponsor/CRO (e.g., Imagining).
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Clinical Data Coordinator role within a Clinical Trials setting is essential.
- Degree educated in a biological science.
- Knowledge and experience with clinical data and ICH Good Clinical Practice guidelines.
- Experience in oncology and clinical trials is essential.
