Your Role

  • Capgemini is looking for a Strategic GTM Lead for Insurance London Markets, leveraging data and AI expertise to position consulting solutions, engage C-suite leaders, and drive revenue through business transformation, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and execute GTM strategy for data and AI consulting in insurance.
  • Align offerings with market trends and client-specific needs.
  • Collaborate with account, business development, and delivery teams.
  • Position solutions like data lakes, ODS, governance, and Gen AI.
  • Map client pain points to consulting and integration solutions.
  • Drive pipeline generation and lead qualification.
  • Engage CXOs and department heads to grow revenue.
  • Build trusted relationships with CDOs, CIOs, CTOs, and others.
  • Understand client data challenges and regulatory pressures.
  • Articulate business value of data modernization and AI insights.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and value-driven pitches.
  • Lead executive workshops and client roundtables.
  • Stay current on data and AI trends, tools, and regulations.
  • Understand data privacy, security, and compliance in insurance.
  • Align client needs with data and AI consulting capabilities.
  • Collaborate with consulting and technical teams for tailored solutions.
  • Equip sales teams with industry insights and storytelling assets.
  • Partner with cloud and AI vendors for joint GTM strategies.
  • Identify and convert new sales opportunities.
  • Manage sales targets, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts.

Your Profile

  • Deep understanding of insurance business models, operations, and industry challenges.
  • Proven experience selling data modernization, AI, and digital transformation in insurance.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance regulations like IFRS 17, NAIC, Solvency II, and HIPAA.
  • Expertise in data lakes, ODS, data governance, and data quality management.
  • Understanding of AI, ML, and analytics in underwriting, claims, fraud, and risk.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and enterprise data tools.
  • Track record of selling data and AI consulting to CXOs and senior leaders.
  • Strong storytelling skills to convey data and AI value in business terms.
  • Ability to craft and execute high-impact client engagement strategies.
  • Collaborative leader with an entrepreneurial mindset and strategic sales focus.
