Rolls-Royce is seeking an Engineering Work Stream Lead to drive the design, creation and equipping of world-class MRO facilities for engine overhaul and component repair. You will liaise with project managers to embed infrastructure that supports safety, quality and efficiency while meeting airworthiness standards.
You will provide technical support and guidance, develop facility designs, and work with external partners to implement RRPS layouts and tooling across global sites.
