Capgemini Invent is looking for changemakers with hands‑on experience in AI development who can connect technology to business strategy. Join our Data & AI Strategy team to help clients build, scale, and embed AI capabilities across their organisations, driving transformation from strategy through to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Define AI strategy: work with clients to identify high‑impact use cases and design prioritisation frameworks that guide investment.
- Enable business transformation: embed AI and automation into core business processes to unlock new capabilities, drive efficiency, and deliver measurable impact.
- Build scalable AI capability: develop and scale AI across functions, embedding the right skills, tools, governance, and culture.
- Drive responsible AI adoption: design and implement robust frameworks for safe, transparent, and accountable AI deployment.
- Supercharge delivery: experiment with new AI and automation technologies to build proof of concepts, augment research, and automate tasks.
- Contribute to business development, internal thought‑tanks, learning & development, and practice development.

- Business Development – leading or contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, client pitch, and client hosting at events.
- Internal Contribution – campaign development, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events).
