As part of this dynamic role, you will work within a high‑performance team to ensure precision and quality in aerospace manufacturing. This role is key to ensuring the highest standards of engineering excellence are met, helping to maintain Rolls‑Royce’s reputation for cutting‑edge technology and outstanding service.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assemble and fit engine components, modules and systems according to aerospace procedures and specifications.
- Work within tight deadlines, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
- Apply your fitting skills to solve problems and implement improvements where necessary.
- Support the team with your knowledge, training and collaborative attitude.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Essential: a time‑served apprenticeship and ideally with appropriate aero‑engine fitting skills.
- Possess a working knowledge of aerospace strip and build procedures.
- Hold a minimum qualification of NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds Parts 1 & 2, or equivalent.
- Be able to use aerospace fitting tools and techniques effectively.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach with a strong focus on quality and delivery.
