This position reports to the Southeast Manager and is part of the Southeast Field Service Team located in Birmingham, AL. It is a remote role covering the Birmingham metropolitan area and surrounding cities.
Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction through increased throughput, decreased downtime, preventive maintenance, and regular upgrades as directed by Beckman Coulter technical staff. You will advocate for customers—both internal and external—and act as a steward for the company.

- Servicing Beckman Coulter products at the customer facility.
- Cultivating customer relationships and supporting commercial initiatives.
- Driving a sense of urgency to ensure customer needs are addressed promptly with an emphasis on a "first‑time fix" through the problem‑solving process.
Essential Requirements
- Associate’s degree in mechanical, electrical, biomedical engineering, life sciences or equivalent military experience.
- 1+ years of experience problem‑solving, diagnosing, or troubleshooting challenges.
- Travel, Motor Vehicle Record additional details will be provided during the interview process.
