What You’ll Bring To The Role
- Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast‑paced high street retailer (preferred)
- Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators; including sales, profit and service
- The ability to help others to develop and improve their skills
- Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role)
