The Role In a Nutshell

You’ll join the SCJ’s Performance team as a Executive Programmatic, and you’ll support in the day to day running of programmatic video & display campaigns across multiple markets, using data driven insights and optimisations to help grow the SCJ business.

Role Summary

The SC Johnson team at OMD EMEA comprises ~10 experts managing cross channel activity for EMEA. Not only is this team responsible for the strategic planning and buying of Programmatic, Search and Social advertising for this client, but we also lead the EMEA hub to instill best practice, training and new innovations across the region. This involves working across multiple teams, clients and regions to drive the best performance for our clients, and ultimately for OMD EMEA as an agency.

In this role you will be working across brands such as Glade, Duck, Mr Muscle and Ecover. The key platforms covered are The Trade Desk, DV360, and Amazon DSP. Previous training on these platforms is not required but strongly preferred.

The OMD EMEA Performance Community is client-centric, with teams of Paid Social, Display & Programmatic, and Affiliate & Lead Gen experts working together to build cutting edge, compelling and successful strategies to grow our clients’ businesses.

The performance team work closely across the agency, so this role offers opportunities to acquire new skills across digital marketing and to work cross-channel.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving SCJ’s programmatic performance, identifying opportunities to optimize existing activations, managing creative trafficking, integrating cross platform reporting, and suggesting test and learns for your specified markets.

This role is ideal for someone who is interested to build their career in digital advertising with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous campaign optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will work alongside the other programmatic executives, with the support of the Senior Digital Manager, to create client responses to brief and help building and evolving social strategies for your clients
  • You will be responsible for a full funnel activation work from campaign set-up, optimisations to monthly reporting
  • You will be adding additional client value by utilising multiple reporting and insights tools and present them to the client and use them for campaign optimisations
  • You will need to apply what you have learnt in your training to help our client’s grow their business via the agreed KPIs.
  • You will provide specialist knowledge to the wider team and clients, feeding into proposals, newsletters and wider company projects

Skills And Experience

  • You will have an interest in paid media, advertising, and advertising platforms.
  • You have good attention to detail and can work collaboratively and independently.
  • You demonstrate good analytical skills to help extract and interpret insights to make data-driven recommendations.
  • You are able to prioritise and work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • You stay informed about emerging technologies, including AI and are open to exploring how automation and AI tools can enhance creativity, performance and efficiency in media.
  • You have good interpersonal skills and are comforable interacting with clients to provide updates, address concerns and manage expectations.

Flexible Working
