What You'll Do

  • Managing events end‑to‑end
  • Own the full ticketing lifecycle for assigned events, from manifest creation through on‑sale, event delivery and settlement
  • Maintain accurate documentation and clear communication across all stages of each event
  • Ticketing set‑up and configuration
  • Create detailed manifests aligned with production plans, sightlines and venue configurations
  • Partner with Venue Management and Production to ensure events remain correctly configured throughout the lifecycle
  • Inventory and sales optimisation
  • Manage ticket inventory, allocations and holds to optimise revenue for the venue and event stakeholders
  • Monitor sales performance and take action to maximise sales across on‑ and off‑manifested inventory
  • Stakeholder and client collaboration
  • Work directly with promoter ticketing teams and event organisers to deliver all ticketing requirements to a high standard
  • Maintain strong service levels and ensure organiser requests are met consistently
  • Cross‑team alignment
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Premium and Hospitality teams to ensure event information is accurate and aligned
  • Work closely with AXS and internal ticketing systems to implement event requirements correctly

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in event ticketing operations within a venue, promoter or ticketing provider
  • Experience creating manifests, configuring events and managing ticket inventory
  • Confidence working with promoters, organisers and internal venue teams
  • Strong understanding of event builds, allocations and ticketing workflows
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple events to tight deadlines
  • Good data literacy, with the ability to interpret sales reports and respond accordingly
  • Experience using ticketing systems (AXS Back Office preferred) and Microsoft Office
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused approach to problem‑solving and service delivery
