At E.ON Next we want an Energy Specialist to deliver a world‑class customer experience. You will own the journey from the first call or email to the final resolution, ensuring every interaction leaves customers delighted and confident in our energy services.
Responsibilities

- Support customers with everything from billing to meter exchanges, consistently delivering a positive outcome.

Additional Information
