Working in our Rhythm Management division, you will be working daily in hospital Cath Labs or operating rooms supporting Health Care Professionals during procedures as well as engaging with clinical stakeholders to promote and train them on our products. You will work in close partnership with the Account Managers and the commercial team to effectively develop and implement the sales strategy for the territory and ensure that sales objectives are met in a precise and competent manner.
This role is a 12-month contract, starting September 1st 2025 and can be based anywhere in the UK (Midlands). Successful candidates may be retained by Boston Scientific at the end of the contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily clinical support to customers during cases performed with Boston Scientific products and services.
- Educating customers on optimal product and service use of Boston Scientific products.
- Engaging customers from a clinical and technical perspective by having high-level professional interactions.
- Building long-term strong relationships with customers.
- Providing continuous education to hospital staff.
- Actively contributing to the agreed sales strategy in collaboration with the field team (Account Managers, Clinical Sales reps, Marketing, etc.).
- Identifying opportunities to drive account growth through spending time with clinicians and asking questions to uncover needs and challenges (clinical value selling).
- Proactively building knowledge of the market you operate in, the territory or region, and how it influences customers.
- Building and maintaining insight into competitor products in own area of expertise, advising customers appropriately.
- Contributing actively to the account planning with the account manager and account team.
Skills And Competencies Required
- Be a recent Bachelor or Master graduate (2024/2025) with a Biotechnical, Biomedical, Scientific Degree or Nursing qualification covering elements of the Heart/Cardiology.
- Be fluent in English.
- Hold a current driving license.
- Be willing to travel across the UK or Europe and be away for up to a week at a time.
- Have an analytical and proactive mindset, being a team player with good communication skills.
- Flexibility regarding working hours (daily changing agenda).
