About Park Hyatt London River Thames

Duties and responsibilities related to the Director of Luxury Sales role

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our presence in the luxury market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders within the luxury sector
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and revenue
  • Cultivating diverse revenue streams and optimizing the hotel\’s profitability
  • Aligning the product offerings with the brand\’s distinct positioning
  • Strategizing and regularly refining the hotel\’s commercial approach
  • Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities.

About You
You will have a proven track record of success in luxury sales in the five-star market. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as is a firm understanding of negotiating and influencing skills.
