  • Supporting and coordinating our apprenticeship offer to ensure it’s responsive, high-quality, and aligned to future skills needs.
  • Driving content quality and compliance, using the latest tools to shape the learning experience.

  • Proven ability to manage tech-focused learning projects and build effective systems and data strategies.
  • A passion for enabling people through technology, not just delivering content.
  • Experience in developing and coordinating apprenticeship programmes, including managing provider relationships, maintaining the Digital Apprenticeship Service, and ensuring business-wide alignment.

Why join us?

You’ll join a collaborative and future-focused People & Culture team working to build a digitally confident and empowered workforce. This is a role where you can shape the future of learning technology and be the bridge between people, platforms, and performance.
