About the Program
Our Corporate Bank Apprenticeship program delivers formal training and hands‑on experience in day‑to‑day business operations, special projects, and relationship management. Apprentices will operate alongside senior professionals, receive a Level 5 Certificate of Higher Education in Operational Management, and progress toward a Responsible Business Management BSc (Hons) from the University of Exeter, a CMI Level 6 Diploma in Professional Management and Leadership Practice, and CMI Chartered Manager status.
Responsibilities
- Support client onboarding, including Know‑Your‑Client checks and product implementation.
- Deliver customer service and relationship‑management support across corporate banking products.
- Provide technical guidance for the bank’s access channels.
- Participate in client calls and review client performance, including pricing.
- Engage in various teams within Trust & Securities Services, Transaction Management, Business Development, and KYC.
- Collaborate on special projects to develop strategic solutions for clients and the organization.
Qualifications
- Completed or on track to graduate from sixth form (school, academy, or college) in 2025 or 2026.
- Three A Levels at Grade B or above, or equivalent.
- Strong motivation to build a career in corporate banking.
- A commitment to learning and development with a growth mindset.
