Join our dynamic and fast-growing team as a Dedicated Network Receptionist, representing a renowned global property management client in the heart of Regent Street and St James's. This is an exciting role for someone who thrives on variety, connection, and the opportunity to make a real impact every day.

As part of our network of 30 premium buildings, you'll rotate between locations, each with its own personality and style. From elegant front-of-house concierge desks to vibrant community hubs and welcoming residential receptions, every site offers something new to discover. You'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless service continuity across the client's portfolio, providing cover for lunches, holidays, training sessions, and occasional unplanned absences. Flexibility is key, and there may be times when evening or bank holiday support is required.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, sociable environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding service. Type of Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week (shift rota basis; 7:30 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday to Sunday)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strong understanding of each building within the client's portfolio to support flexible coverage
  • Maintain a flexible, can-do attitude across all tasks and locations
  • Anticipate and respond to the needs of clients and visitors
  • Oversee meeting room bookings and ensure they are correctly booked out and turned over
  • Greet and assist all guests and visitors with professionalism and courtesy
  • Provide consistently high standards of service delivery
  • Work proactively and efficiently to ensure timely and reliable support
  • Manage emails and phone calls promptly and professionally
