We are seeking a Network Receptionist to join our team. You'll be a key part of ensuring smooth, uninterrupted service across the client's portfolio, stepping in to provide cover during lunches, holidays, training sessions, and the occasional unplanned absence. Flexibility is essential, and there may be times when evening support or bank-holiday coverage is required. As one of the faces of a prestigious global property management client, you'll rotate across a network of premium buildings in Regent Street and St James's. Each location has its own character, from polished concierge desks to lively community spaces and welcoming residential receptions, giving you the chance to experience something new every day. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys connecting with people, and loves making a positive impact. Type of Contract: Full-time, Permanent.

Hours: 40 hours per week (shift rota basis; 7:30 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday to Sunday).

Key Responsibilities

  • Build a strong understanding of each building in the client's portfolio to provide confident, flexible support.
  • Maintain a positive, adaptable, can-do attitude across all tasks and locations.
  • Anticipate and respond proactively to the needs of clients and visitors.
  • Oversee meeting room bookings, ensuring accurate scheduling and smooth room turnarounds.
  • Greet and assist all guests with professionalism, warmth, and courtesy.
  • Consistently deliver high standards of service.
  • Work proactively and efficiently to provide timely, reliable support.
  • Manage emails and phone calls promptly and professionally.
