We are looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join our team at one of Rapport's most prestigious contracts in Birmingham. The client is one of the Big Four leading audit and accounting firms, and you will play a crucial role in delivering award-winning service to our clients and their guests, offering a one-stop-shop service from reservation through to client journey experience.
The successful candidate will hold the job title of Client Support Services Ambassador.
Type of contract: Part-time, Permanent
Hours: 21 per week (Shift rota basis between 8 AM and 5 PM. Hours can vary depending on business needs)
Days: Tuesday-Thursday, with availability to cover Mondays and Fridays upon request
Travel: Primarily based in Birmingham, with coverage at other locations as per business needs. Travel, accommodation, and dinner are provided if required to work outside the main site.

Main Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome all visitors professionally and courteously.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate meeting rooms or offices.
- Manage visitor registration and sign-in procedures.
- Schedule, coordinate, and check meeting rooms and conference facilities.
- Provide AV support where and when required.
- Perform admin duties and other ad-hoc requests.
The ideal candidate will:

- Ideally, have at least one year of experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
- Demonstrate strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Exhibit strong organisational and time management skills.
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold confidentiality.
