Job Introduction

We’re pleased to be recruiting a Corporate Receptionist to join our Rapport team at a newly appointed client site in the City of London, 40 Leadenhall. The position is offered on a 9‑month fixed‑term maternity cover basis. This role is perfectly suited to someone who naturally connects with people and creates an immediate sense of welcome for every guest entering the building.

Hours

40 per week (Monday‑Friday; shift rota basis between 7AM - 7 PM with some flexibility as per business needs)

Salary

£35,000 pro rata

Main Responsibilities

The Guest Services Ambassador is responsible for overseeing all ground‑floor reception and lobby hosting across 40 Leadenhall, ensuring every visitor receives a warm, professional, and seamless welcome. The role plays a key part in creating a positive first impression of the building, maintaining high service standards, and supporting a smooth arrival experience for all guests.
