The Role: As a Construction Manager, you will lead the safe planning and execution of construction activities across multiple CapEx projects, managing contractors on site, ensuring compliance with JM policies, CDM regulations, and all statutory requirements. You will review and approve RAMS, permits to work, and construction readiness documentation, oversee construction progress, quality inspections, and completion sign‑off, including punch‑list control. You will coordinate daily and weekly site meetings, toolbox talks, and contractor performance reviews, supporting project delivery through construction planning, scheduling, risk management, and cost awareness. You will manage brownfield construction interfaces, shutdown activities, and tie‑ins in live operational environments, working closely with project managers, engineers, SHE teams, and operations to ensure a smooth transition from construction to commissioning and handover.
