Concierge Rotating across our London Bridge Campus sites Full time, 37.5 hours per week Shifts between 0630 and 2130, working 5 days out of 7, to include weekends £28,860 per annum + Benefits (pension, private health cover, flexible benefits and excellent career development)
We're looking for a warm, confident, people‑loving Concierge to become an important part of our Front of House Team. If you're someone who enjoys helping others feel at ease the moment they walk through the door, this role puts you right at the heart of creating exceptional first impressions. As the first friendly face our patients, visitors and consultants meet, you'll play a key role in making sure everyone feels supported, informed and cared for throughout their visit. Every interaction matters here - and you'll be part of a team that truly believes in improving lives every single day. Above all else, we're committed to the care and improvement of human life. What You’ll Do
- Welcome and greet all patients, visitors and consultants with warmth and professionalism
- Help guide people to the right areas of the hospital
- Handle incoming telephone calls with confidence and care
- Provide reception cover when needed, supporting the wider team
What You’ll Bring
- Previous Concierge experience, ideally within a 5‑star or high‑end service environment
- Excellent communication skills
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Strong IT skills and confidence using IT systems
