The Project Manager role is responsible for the planning, management, production and delivery of Creative Solutions projects ranging from bespoke activations, special build production, airport/rail/mall takeovers, Digital Projects and other key media placements/campaigns which sit outside of standard media production. You will be proactive, hard‑working, and hands‑on, delivering fantastic creative campaigns which deliver fame, impact and talkability.

What You'll Be Doing...

  • Handle our relationships with selected Agency teams, developing briefs, delivering campaigns and ensuring communication of new technology and the latest JCDecaux production offerings.
  • Ensuring and being responsible for Agency patch revenue targets.
  • Supporting the Commercial Team on client meetings and being primary solution/delivery contact for special builds, takeover solutions, having a meticulous understanding of the media space and what can/cannot be achieved.
  • Ensure team revenue is recorded via SAP and that all in‑house production campaigns carry the correct profit margin / mark up.
  • Handle complaints or potentially difficult situations with the delivery of your own campaigns.
  • Lead multiple projects across all divisions simultaneously, ensuring Process Documents, Project Schedules, Statement of Works, Invoices, Purchase Orders are maintained.
  • Brief suppliers, request quotations, and present back to clients accurate proposals on‑brief and within requested timescales.
  • Full accountability for 'non‑productised' campaign delivery across all stages and being lead sales & client contact post‑sale.
  • Ensure our quality, values and high levels of professional service are maintained internally and externally.
  • Co‑ordination with relevant teams to ensure that the client/3rd party resources gain access to Rail Stations, Malls and Airports, and that the campaign is delivered as planned.
  • Co‑ordination with Commercial, Partnerships and Operations teams to further develop the product portfolio and opportunities, ensuring best support across all bookings.

  • Ability to multitask, as the applicant will need to deliver many campaigns simultaneously.
  • Work will almost always be independent, therefore an ability to deliver workload unsupervised is vital.
  • Be able to present comfortably to key Internal and External stakeholders.
  • Well‑presented and confident in building Agency/Client relationships.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and solutions focused.
  • Resilient under pressure.
  • Being meticulously organised with information.
