Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to join our Risk & Compliance team and play a pivotal role in managing the impact of change across the function and to 1st line stakeholders. This role will ensure smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and standards, minimise disruption and maximise engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead change management activities for strategic initiatives, with an immediate focus on implementing our Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) tool, enhanced control standards and control testing.
- Develop and execute change strategies, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement approaches to ensure successful adoption.
- Assess change impacts across Risk & Compliance and 1st line teams, providing tailored support and guidance.
- Collaborate with project teams, senior leaders, and business units to embed change effectively.
- Monitor and report on change readiness, adoption, and benefits realisation.
General

- Comply with Beazley procedures, policies and regulations including the code of conduct.
- Undertake training on Beazley policies and procedures as delivered by your line manager, the Culture & People or assurance teams (compliance, risk, internal audit) either directly, via e-learning or the learning management system.
- Display business ethics that uphold the interests of all our customers.
- Ensure all interactions with customers are focused on delivering a fair outcome, including having the right products for their needs.
- Comply with any specific responsibilities necessary for your role as outlined by your line manager, the Culture & People or assurance teams (compliance, risk, internal audit) and keep up to date with developments in these areas, including Beazley’s underwriting and claims control standards and customer relationship management.
- Carry out additional responsibilities as notified, either through objectives or the learning management system, including membership of Beazley committees or working groups.
Personal Specification
Essential Criteria
- Proven experience as a Change Manager within the insurance industry.
- Formal qualifications in at least one major change management methodology (e.g., Prosci, APMG, or equivalent).
- PMP or like qualification in Project Management.
Education And Qualifications
- Graduate, equivalent education and/or qualifications or equivalent experience.
Skills And Abilities
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience delivering change in complex, regulated environments.
- Holds high standards for own and others work output.
- Ability to think creatively.
- Works well in a team to achieve common goals.
