Here's the exciting bit...a day includes:
- Managing sponsored products and display (on-site and off-site) advertising campaigns on behalf of leading Health & Beauty brands.
- Interface with Brand, In-House Media or External Media Agency teams.
- Setup campaigns in the platform, interfacing with internal AdOps teams where required.
- Monitor and optimise campaigns while they are running, ensuring advertisers meet their campaign objectives, maximise performance and re-invest.
- Provide post-campaign reporting.
- Solving any client issue/bug on campaign: troubleshooting issues and liaising and working closely with Business Intelligence and Technical Solutions team to go deeper.
- Performing admin tasks such as creating IOs and tickets.
- Delivering PCA's with clients demonstrating deep understanding of campaign performance and how best to optimise going forward.
- Provide world-class customer service to drive revenue with new and existing customers.
- Maintain extensive product knowledge through internal relationships across product and client service teams.
- Internally escalating any issues and concerns raised by clients.
- Work closely with our technology provider, Criteo.
- Understanding what our key competitors are doing in the digital space and developing plans to ensure we remain competitive.
Here's What You'll Need:
- Ideal candidates would have Retail Media experience but this is not essential.
- It is essential to have managed campaigns at a high performing agency, platform or in-house team.
- Knowledge of the Retail media landscape preferred.
- Knowledge of digital media landscape and language.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Entrepreneurial with the ability to influence key stakeholders to drive success.
- Experience in budget management and turning around campaigns within a fast-paced environment.
- You enjoy being client-facing and proactive!
