We’re looking for an Administrator to support the nursing team at The Lister Fertility Clinic. The post holder will help ensure the smooth running of the clinic, assisting couples and single patients undergoing fertility treatments and managing medical notes. You will maintain effective communication between patients, staff and satellite services, upholding the highest standard of clinical practice and patient care.
What You’ll Do
- Answer the nursing phone line, manage non‑clinical queries, appointment changes and escalations of clinical queries to support patients in a timely manner.
- Scan, upload and archive medical records.
- Send initial consent forms and emails to patients and partners to commence treatment.
- Assist senior staff in coordinating activities within the unit.
- Liaise with clinicians, nurses and paramedical staff to enhance patients’ treatment and care.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming clinical area for patients, visitors and staff.
- Manage store inventory and equipment, requisition supplies, repairs and replacements as required.
- Stay up‑to‑date with current nursing practice and HCA International and HFEA guidelines.
- Enter patient information and treatment cycles into the computer system and maintain it as required.
- Resolve complaints where possible; otherwise, escalate to the LFCP Manager or senior staff.
